Mabel is a practising solicitor in Hong Kong and is regularly involved in different kinds of commercial transactions. She contributes to our team by providing legal-related consultancy services, advising on business structures and corporate matters, negotiating and drafting commercial documents and expanding our recruitment services.

Prior to joining hkMS, Mabel has worked for a renowned global law firm for more than 18 years and has handled a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, real estate developments, franchises and hospitality related transactions for clients in Hong Kong and the region. Her clients included the top real estate developers, multinational funds, governmental organisations and statutory bodies, hospitals and electronic payment operators. Having been in the private practice, she understands clients’ needs and objectives, and offers practical solutions and commercial advice.

Mabel graduated from King’s College, London with First Class Honors and holds a PCLL from the University of Hong Kong.
