Simone joined our Company Secretarial Team in 2019. With over seven years of experience working across in-house and corporate service provider roles, she excels in rendering a wide range of professional services to both private and listed entities, including the preparation of Interim and Annual Reports for listed companies.

Prior to her current role, Simone worked in the largest local television broadcasting company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She had overseen over 120 subsidiaries and organized numerous Annual General Meetings for listed companies.

Simone holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles.
