Leo joined our Corporate Services team in 2017 and he has developed solid experience in company formation, post-incorporation compliance and restructure, deregistration of companies. He is capable of handling routine work of share registrar of listed companies and providing practical solutions to his clients with a detailed-mind.

 He received his Bachelor of Accounting and Banking degree in 2017 and is an expected graduate of Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
