Leo joined hkMS in 2017. He has solid experience in company formation, post-incorporation compliance, restructuring, deregistration of companies. He is also responsible for handling of share registrar works and Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) reporting of listed companies.

Leo holds bachelor degree in Accounting and Banking . He also holds a master degree of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is an associate of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKACG).
