  • Assist to prepare full set of accounts for clients
  • Assist in payment administration for clients

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in accounting
  • Proficiency in various accounting software is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Detail minded, organized, effective communication and interpersonal skills

As the Company Secretarial Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the company secretarial functions and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for different jurisdictions, including but not limited to incorporation, shares transfer/alteration, deregistration and opening of bank accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of minutes/resolutions re: AGM, BOD meetings and other corporate governance activities
  • Assist in conducting of due diligence / KYC documents according to our firm’s internal procedures
  • Liaise and coordinate with government authorities e.g. Companies Registry and IRD to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines and maintain statutory records
  • Handle and deal with inquiries from clients on company secretarial matters
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality 
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements :

  • 4-8 years solid working experience in professional firms or similar position
  • Degree / Diploma holder in Corporate Governance / Business Studies will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Companies Ordinance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Competence in MS word, Excel, Chinese word processing and CSA software operation
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good analytical ability and interpersonal skills
  • Membership of HKCGI will be an advantage
