Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in accounting
- Proficiency in various accounting software is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage

As the Company Secretarial Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the company secretarial functions and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for different jurisdictions, including but not limited to incorporation, shares transfer/alteration, deregistration and opening of bank accounts
- Assist in the preparation of minutes/resolutions re: AGM, BOD meetings and other corporate governance activities
- Assist in conducting of due diligence / KYC documents according to our firm’s internal procedures
- Liaise and coordinate with government authorities e.g. Companies Registry and IRD to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines and maintain statutory records
- Handle and deal with inquiries from clients on company secretarial matters
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years solid working experience in professional firms or similar position
- Degree / Diploma holder in Corporate Governance / Business Studies will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Companies Ordinance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Competence in MS word, Excel, Chinese word processing and CSA software operation
- Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical ability and interpersonal skills
- Membership of HKCGI will be an advantage
