Eva leads Corporate Services Division with her highly competent professional background and solid experience to provide a full spectrum of corporate services to clients.

She started her career in Deloitte, one of the Big 4 accounting firms and later served in financial institutions. She is well experienced in compliance review and advisory in multinational financial institutions, focusing on AML, FATCA and CRS related due diligence, product compliance, risk management, Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) reporting as well as company secretarial work. She is the named company secretary of companies listed on the Main Board and GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Eva possesses multiple professional qualifications：

• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
• Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)
• Associate of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKACG) and the Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom (ACG)
• Certified ESG Analyst CESGA by the European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies

She also holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London.
